NOTES
- Please fill out the requested information and submit it along with product samples, a master price list, and copies of business documents. This includes certified true copies of Form 9, 24, and 49, as well as the memorandum of association or constitution (ensure that the SSM is current and up to date). Additionally, provide a copy of your business license or certification (if applicable), halal certification (if relevant), SST certification (if applicable), local authority license (if applicable), and a current Certificate of Analysis, along with any other product or business-related certifications for our review and assessment.
- Please specify if you would like us to return the product samples to you. If so, ensure to collect them within 14 days of being notified.
- Once the product listing is confirmed, you agree that we may return any defective, expired, or slow-selling products. You will be responsible for issuing a refund for these products and must collect them from our warehouse within 14 days of notification.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete. Providing inaccurate or misleading information may lead to the rejection of your new product listing.
- A one-time fee of RM 300 for lifetime registration will be charged to the supplier.
